Return Policy
At SolRay Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our priority. Should you wish to make a return, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.
Please Note: For health and safety reasons, Hydra Needles, microneedling pens, and any items containing pins are final sale and non-returnable.

Order Accuracy
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully prior to checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify, edit, or cancel it.
Damages or Concerns
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Should you experience any issues such as damage, defect, or receipt of an incorrect item, contact support@solraybeauty.com immediately so we may assist you in resolving the matter promptly.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages
Once a package leaves our facility, SolRay Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable shipments. For assistance with delivery issues, we kindly advise reaching out directly to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a claim.
