At SolRay Beauty, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed promptly.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are packed and shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.

• Delivery timeframes are based on the shipping service selected at checkout.

Please note: We are unable to modify, edit, or cancel orders once they are placed. Kindly review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order leaves our facility, SolRay Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, please:

• Check with your mail carrier, neighbors, or building management/mailroom.

• Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) directly to file a claim.

All delivery issues must be resolved directly with the carrier.
