Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions and preorders for SolRay Beauty and BABY|MAMA products sold on solraybeauty.com.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions include recurring charges and deliveries at the frequency selected when subscribing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer profile on solraybeauty.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. To avoid the next scheduled charge, cancel before that charge is processed.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order already placed. Those orders remain subject to our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy and any applicable preorder cancellation rights.

Preorders

You may cancel a preorder before it ships by emailing support@solraybeauty.com with your order number and the preorder items you want to cancel.

Your cancellation request must reach us before shipment. Eligibility is based on when we receive your email, not when our team responds.

If payment has already been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled preorder, including applicable tax and shipping charges attributable to the canceled items. Any remaining balance for those items will not be charged.

Once a preorder ships, it cannot be canceled, except where required by law. Our Returns, Refunds & Order Policy applies to shipped orders.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
